Systematic clinical evaluation of cardiovascular, respiratory, neurological, GI, and integumentary systems at every visit.

Medication Management
Complete review of all prescriptions including pain control, anticoagulants, and antibiotics — with guidance on timing and interactions.

Wound & Dressing Care
Sterile dressing changes with meticulous technique to protect the wound bed, promote healing, and prevent infection.

Surgical Drain Care
Expert monitoring, emptying, and recording of drain output with assessment of drainage character for signs of bleeding or infection.

Any concerning signs or symptoms reported to your physician team immediately.

With 19 years of acute care nursing experience — including Emergency Department, Cardiac Cath Lab, Electrophysiology, and Post-Procedure care — Brandi founded Elite Concierge Nursing Care to bring hospital-level expertise directly into patients' homes during one of the most critical phases of recovery.

Elite Concierge Nursing Care was developed to fill the void for post-operative care — giving patients access to professional, clinical support without having to rely on family and friends, while receiving hospital-level care in the comfort of their own home.
